An Originating Agency Identifier or ORI number is a code that tells Advantage Fingerprinting why you need a background check and it tells the FDLE where to send the results.
The applicant should be given instructions (from the agency) that includes a specific ORI number. Florida Live Scan background checks are typically completed within 3 business days of receiving the electronic submission.
